Speel je een instrument en lijkt het je leuk om mee te spelen met Het Huisorkest? Wij kunnen altijd nieuwe leden gebruiken. Het Huisorkest is op dit moment voornamelijk op zoek naar koperblazers en cello/altviool. Ook als je hobo, fagot of drums speelt ben je van harte welkom! Speel je een van deze instrumenten en ben je geïnteresseerd, of speel je een ander instrument en wil je toch graag met ons orkest meespelen? Stuur een e-mail naar info@hethuisorkest.nl, dan laten we weten wat de mogelijkheden zijn.
NB: Voor sommige instrumenten (zoals dwarsfluit en piano) is er een kans dat je bij je aanmelding op een wachtlijst gezet wordt. Neem contact met ons op om meer te weten over de huidige status van de wachtlijsten.
Het is belangrijk dat je een student bent die niet ouder is dan 30 jaar, die aan de HU of UU studeert. Studeer je aan een andere universiteit of hogeschool en wil je graag meespelen? Neem dan even contact met ons op.
Aan het begin van een nieuwe productie zijn er open repetities, waarbij je kan meespelen met het orkest en kan kijken of het iets voor je is. De volgende open repetities zijn 4 en 11 februari 2026. Kun je dan niet? Laat het vooral weten, dan kunnen we met je meedenken of het mogelijk is om later een keer te komen kijken.
Ben je geïnteresseerd? Kom dan langs! Stuur ons even een bericht op info@hethuisorkest.nl om daarover een afspraak te maken, dan kunnen we de bladmuziek voor je klaarleggen. Auditie doen is niet nodig, gezien we een orkest zijn voor muzikanten van alle niveaus en achtergronden.

Do you play an instrument and are you interested in playing with Het Huisorkest? We are currently looking for members playing brass instruments or cello/viola. Furthermore, if you play the oboe, drums or bassoon you are also welcome to join! If you are interested and play one of the aforementioned instruments, or if you play another instrument but are still interested, please send an e-mail to info@hethuisorkest.nl and we’ll let you know what the possibilities are.
Please note: for some instruments (e.g. flute and piano), there is a chance that you are put on a waiting list when you register. Please contact us to learn more about the current status of our waiting lists.
It is important that you are a student no older than 30 years, studying at the HU or UU. Are you studying at a different university (of applied sciences) and still interested? Please contact us.
At the beginning of a new productions we hold open rehearsals where it’s free to join and see for yourself if the orchestra suits you. The next open rehearsals will take place February 4th and 11th 2026. Are you unable to make it then? Please let us know and we can see if it is possible for you to join on another date.
